ARINC’s Cabin Connect Suite is designed to provide an array of flexible, cost-effective SwiftBroadband communication solutions easily tailored to owner/operator and customer needs. It includes Cabin Connect, personal electronic device (PED) connectivity for passengers; AirCrew Connect, operational access for crew; Live CCA, real-time credit card authorisation; and Enhanced Seatback Services, including live news and seatback messaging.

With next-generation connectivity, passengers can now surf the internet, send and receive email, and use social networking and universal messaging on their laptops, tablets, smartphones or gaming devices.

With the increased efficiencies of a fully connected aircraft, owner/operators can provide concierge service; collect real-time reporting and fault finding; and support safety services. Anything that is traditionally a paper-based process can now be supported online and sent while in flight, creating efficiencies for the crew and enhanced value for passengers. ARINC will work with individual owner/operators to find the best solution to create differentiation and increased value.
