Embraer delivers Legacy 600 executive jet - its 1,100th ERJ 145 family aircraft delivery

Embraer has delivered its 1,100th ERJ 145 jet family aircraft – a Legacy 600 executive jet. London Executive Aviation (LEA), a business air charter operator, will manage the aircraft on behalf of its owner.

The ERJ 145 jet family includes derivatives designed for the regional (ERJ 135 and ERJ 140), executive (Legacy 600), and defence (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance – ISR) markets.

The super midsize Legacy 600 carries 13 passengers (standard configuration) in three distinct cabin zones. The interior offers leather seats, sofa, credenza, and tables for meals or meetings. The aircraft also has a spacious galley, aft lavatory, wardrobes, cabinets, and an entertainment system with DVD and satellite communication. Optional high-speed data (HSD) equipment and WiFi technology enable customers to browse the internet, access email and transfer files during trips. The aircraft’s baggage compartment is easily accessed during flight, and has a total capacity of 286ft³ (8,100 litres).
