Pilatus expects certification for PC-24 in December 2017

The second prototype PC-24 is on display at NBAA-BACE, held in Las Vegas, on October 10-12, 2017. Pilatus expects EASA and FAA type certification, and the first customer delivery, in December 2017.

Together, the three PC-24 prototypes have flown 2,000 hours over the course of 1,250 flights. The third, built to production standard, is undergoing function reliability tests. The PC-24 can fulfill roles including business jet, air ambulance and other special missions. It can take off and land on very short or unpaved runways, and has a cargo door as standard.

Pilatus also recently launched a 24/7 customer service facility for PC-24 and PC-12 customers, and increased its network of authorized PC-24 service centers.

The latest version of the PC-12 NG will also be displayed on Pilatus’ booth.
