Embraer is adding Fly Across MRO to its authorised service centre network for executive jets. The Mexican company will provide base maintenance for the Phenom and Praetor series at Toluca International Airport. The agreement also includes Legacy 450 and Legacy 500 jets. Fly Across MRO will offer both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including AOGs and drop-ins.
The authorisation was granted following a rigorous evaluation process to ensure full compliance with Embraer’s standards.
“This recognition marks a significant milestone for our company,” said Javier Gonzalez, CEO of Fly Across. “Embraer’s authorisation validates our continuous efforts to deliver top-tier services and strengthens our position as a leader in aircraft maintenance in the region. We are fully committed to ensuring that Embraer aircraft operators receive efficient, reliable service that meets the highest international standards.”
“It is a pleasure to welcome Fly Across MRO to Embraer’s authorised service centre network,” said Frank Stevens, VP of global MRO centres for Embraer Services & Support. “We are pleased to grow our footprint in an important market like Mexico and in a strategic location for our operators. Embraer is growing its presence in the country, and we continue to enhance our services and support capabilities and capacity in Mexico.”
With this new certification, Fly Across MRO expands its capabilities to service a wide range of Embraer aircraft models.
Embraer’s network dedicated to executive jets includes eight Embraer-owned service centres, 44 Embraer authorised service centres in the Americas, and 74 worldwide. Embraer Services & Support also recently doubled its MRO-dedicated capacity for business jets in the USA, with new maintenance lines in Dallas Love Field, Texas; Cleveland, Ohio; and Sanford, Florida.
