West Star Aviation has completed the extensive refurbishment of a Bombardier Global Express, including the installation of Rockwell Collins’s Venue CMS. Venue offers full cabin connectivity, supporting work, entertainment and conference call needs in flight.
The refurbished interior also has a reconfigured floorplan, new touchscreen control display units, upgraded LED cabin lighting, a belted divan for take-off and landing, soft goods and wood accents.
“This refurbishment was unique because it was the introductory aircraft for West Star installing the Venue system on a Global Express,” said Marty Rhine, director of sales at West Star Aviation. “We know staying connected in flight is important to our customers and we are proud to offer this system to Global operators and continue to strengthen our support of Global aircraft.”
