Bell Helicopter has named Ruag Aviation as its newest customer service facility (CSF). The creation of a new CSF center in Sion, Switzerland, complements the company’s existing service portfolio, enabling it to offer MRO services as well as system upgrades and paint work for the Bell 429.
“Being an authorized CSF allows Ruag Aviation to strengthen its partnership with Bell and to continually expand the support and services the company provides to its customers,” said Saber Aich, sales and product manager, helicopter services, Ruag Aviation.
