Jet Aviation Basel has ordered CTT Systems’ Cair humidity control system for two BBJ777-300 VIP completions – CTT Systems’ 83rd and 84th Cair orders for VIP Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
“We are delighted that Jet Aviation, during the past six months, ordered Cair for five VIP completions,” said Peter Landquist, vice president sales and marketing at CTT Systems.
“We have long-time experience of the Cair humidification system, proven to be effective and reliable, and we look forward to working with CTT Systems on these two new projects,” said Jeremie Caillet, director of project management at the Jet Aviation Basel Completions Center.
The Cair humidification system generates a relative humidity of approximately 20%, compared with 3-5% without humidifiers. The humidifiers are based on evaporative cooling technology designed to effectively preclude the transfer of bacteria and improve air quality by reducing particles in the cabin air. Cair also incorporates the Zonal Drying anti-condensation system, designed to prevent moisture-related problems.
