Travelers wishing to charter TAG Aviation’s Boeing 757 now have more opportunities to do so. TAG Aviation leases the unbranded jet to TCS World Travel, but also offers it for charter. These charter periods have now been extended – the jet will be available for six weeks from July 1, 2016, to August 14, 2016, for four weeks from October 10, 2016, to November 3, 2016, and for three months from November 22, 2016, to February 21, 2017.
“Last year TAG witnessed unprecedented demand for this exquisite aircraft, however, due to prior commitments, we were unable to meet it, denying many hundreds or even thousands of people the opportunity to experience the best product of its type anywhere on the planet,” said Andrew Hodgson, director of charter, Europe, TAG Aviation.
“This personalized jet was designed and manufactured entirely for the enjoyment of its travelers, with cost and time being secondary considerations. I am very proud of the Black Pearl and I am looking forward to welcoming many new guests on board in 2016 and beyond.”
The B757’s customized cabin can be configured in two ways. For summer charters it is configured with 80 ‘VIP’ seats and 12 economy seats. For the remaining charter periods it has 52 lie-flat seats, plus nine economy seats. It features wireless IFE, mood lighting, hand-woven wool carpeting, leather lacobucci seats, upgraded bathrooms, steam ovens and wine fridges. A specially trained team of experienced crew travels with the aircraft.
