MEBAA Show Morocco, which was held for the first time in 2015, will return in 2017 at a new location, Marrakesh Menara Airport. The event will be held on September 12-13, 2017.
The 2015 edition saw 2,033 visitors over its two-day run, and featured 57 exhibitors. It was during this show that discussions with the Moroccan government led to the show becoming a regular fixture in the country.
“With the success of the 2015 event, we knew that the market had a need for the show to return biennially,” said Ali Alnaqbi, founding chairman of the Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association (MEBAA). “With the move to a new city for the second edition, there is an opportunity for more exhibitors to be part of the booming North African business aviation market.”
Its organizers expect the MEBAA Show 2017 to attract more than 2,500 visitors and 65 exhibitors, ranging from global industry heavyweights to local and regional companies, plus a static display of the latest business aircraft.
“We are thrilled to be returning to Morocco with MEBAA in 2017,” said Alnaqbi. “The move to the new location presents an opportunity for an increase in exhibitor numbers and facilities for exhibitors and visitors alike.”
