ExecuJet Aviation Group is set to expand into the Indian market, following a successful tender bid for new FBO and MRO facilities at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, India. Together with its Indian partner, The Bird Group, ExecuJet has been awarded one of a limited number of licenses to develop, construct and operate an FBO and an MRO facility as part of the airport’s overall development strategy.
“We have had India on our radar for many years,” said Mike Berry, vice president of ExecuJet Middle East. “These new facilities will provide ExecuJet with the platform to expand our geographic footprint and service proposition, in line with our own growth strategy. I congratulate Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) for running a transparent tender process.”
