Two new recruits have joined On Air Dining; Guillaume Pourquie now holds the position of sales and marketing manager, while Lydia Steibl has been appointed as client services manager. Both roles are effective immediately. Pourquie and Steibl will work closely together to meet the needs of On Air Dining’s customers to ensure they have a seamless experience from initial contact to client delivery. They will also support the expansion of the recently launched On Air Interiors product range.
Pourquie has experience in sales and marketing within the luxury sector having been responsible for developing commercial business for kitchen surfaces company Cosentino, and managed the flagship Knightsbridge, London, store of home appliance company Sub-Zero Wolf. He completed a diploma in hospitality and sales management at the French culinary school Lycée Hotelier Saint Anne in St Nazaire. Pourquie is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish, and is studying Russian. He enjoys motorsport and is studying for his private pilot’s license.
Austrian-born Steibl most recently held the position of senior catering co-coordinator at business aviation charter operator VistaJet. Her previous roles include global marketing assistant and then business travel and crew manager at Airfix Aviation. Steibl speaks English and German, and holds a degree in tourism and hospitality management from Bad Leonfelden Tourism School in Switzerland.
