A head-of-state client has awarded an ACJ340 heavy base maintenance contract to AMAC Aerospace. The aircraft will undergo a heavy maintenance check in conjunction with various cabin modifications and upgrades, including a seat and divan refurbishment, a satcom upgrade and the replacement of carpet.
The company also announced the return to service of two aircraft following major maintenance and refurbishment work. One of the aircraft is a head-of-state ACJ320 on which AMAC Aerospace performed a heavy base maintenance check and a satcom and a cabin connectivity upgrade that enables GSM usage on board.
AMAC Aerospace also delivered a BBJ following cabin refurbishment and maintenance work. The customer wanted to change the colors and materials used for the seats and divans, and required a short lead time and a short ground time. AMAC Aerospace supported the customer with the pre-buy inspection, all rectification, refurbishment and maintenance work, as well as the transfer of asset. AMAC Aerospace has also provided assistance to enable a smooth transition to the customer’s newly appointed CAMO.
