Constant Aviation has launched a ‘Center of Excellence’ for Beechjets at Cuyahoga County Airport, which is 15 miles from downtown Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
“With more than 500 Beechjets operating in North America, we wanted to open a Beechjet Center of Excellence to provide those customers a dedicated facility for their service needs,” said Kent Stauffer, vice president of operations at Constant Aviation. “We have accumulated more than 500,000 man-hours on the Beechjet airframe and have accomplished significant milestones. Constant Aviation owns a wi-fi and an interior reconfiguration STC on the Beechjet. We have accomplished multiple upgrades from the Pro Line 4 to the Pro Line 21 system. Recently announced, we have also completed a PMA solution for a reinforced entry step. Our team has completed a wing replacement on the aircraft, as well as numerous inspections, including 55 D inspections in the past 36 months.”
“Customers look for maintenance facilities they feel are accomplished on the aircraft they operate,” Stauffer continued. “Opening a Beechjet Center of Excellence provides the customers with a facility whose only focus is on their airframe. We will continue to service all other aircraft types out of our facility at Cleveland Hopkins Airport.”
