Constant Aviation has added Orlando, Florida, USA, to its AOG network.
“Since the launch of our AOG mobile response teams, we have seen an increase of customer requests to road trip to aircraft in AOG situations,” said Kevin Dillon, vice president of AOG operations at Constant Aviation. “When we were looking at another possible airport at which to base our AOG team, we realized that the southeast region was an area that needed additional support.”
“Currently we have an AOG team based out of Birmingham, Alabama, which is responsible for the bulk of the southeast calls,” continued Dillon. “The added team members will allow for better and quicker coverage throughout the southeast. Our technicians are available 24/7 to travel anywhere to support our customers. When someone is in an AOG situation, time is of the essence. We look to ensure our team members are easily deployable with access to commercial flights to get them wherever they need to go quickly.
“The Orlando team will give us the ability to support additional customers in Florida, which is where we see a large number of requests coming from. Our AOG teams are currently based out of Cleveland (Ohio), Birmingham (Alabama), Las Vegas (Nevada) and Orlando. We are continually looking at opportunities to expand our coverage and are looking to have a team based in the northeast as well as additional support in the southwest.”
