In March 2015, Haeco Private Jet Solutions obtained three STCs for cabin modification on a BBJ. The STCs were for the installation of Emteq’s eConnect system, an upgrade of the cabin’s Honeywell satcom system and the integration of these two systems.
Haeco Private Jet Solutions says the installation of the eConnect system and the upgrade to satcom SwiftBroadband connectivity will enable passengers to enjoy faster and more reliable global connectivity.
“We are proud to have completed the cabin modification and successfully obtained STCs from the FAA and the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department for our satcom and eConnect system upgrades,” said Henry Chan, vice president, commercial, Haeco Private Jet Solutions. “Users will experience significant speed improvements as the system is upgraded to SwiftBroadband.
