OHS Aviation Services, a refurbishment specialist headquartered in Berlin, Germany, is expanding its engineering services with immediate effect. In addition to minor changes (such as cabin refurbishment), OHS says its design organization, which is accredited in accordance with EASA Part 21J, will soon also be permitted to perform major changes to primary structures – such as adding new antenna – and STCs for all aircraft categories.
“We are delighted that OHS can now offer more extensive modifications on all sizes of aircraft, from small aircraft right through to very large aircraft, on an international level,” said Gregor Bremer, chief operating officer at OHS.
OHS offers modifications to cabin seating and furnishings, for example with IFE systems, satcom, wireless routers, power supply and galley remodeling. With the expansion of the new portfolio of services, modifications can now also be developed to adapt aircraft for special missions such as flight inspection services, medevac, research and ISR.
