There is a new addition to the Av8 group – Av8 AOG. The company will focus on certified parts and PMA parts sales.
Chris Lesniak was named as director of sales for Av8 AOG. A parts industry veteran, Lesniak has held various sales and management positions at companies including Arnoni Aviation/APPH, Avant Aerospace, RTL Group and Baker Aviation. Most recently, he worked as director of sales and marketing at RBR Maintenance.
Located in Houston, Texas, Av8 AOG will be responsible for the acquisition and sales of parts inventoried or used by Av8 MRO in the overhaul and repair of landing gear and components as well as parts manufactured by Av8 PMA under its FAA PMA Authority.
Additionally, the company will broker parts, and focus on the distribution of parts when and where their customers need them. The company also locates and procures surplus inventories and parts out aircraft.
