Embraer is celebrating its 50th anniversary at the 53rd International Paris Air Show, held on 17-23 June 2019 at Le Bourget Airport near Paris, France. The company was founded on 19 August 1969. Embraer’s presence at the show includes demonstrating aircraft in flight and on the static display, as well as a pavilion dedicated to its history.
The company’s wide range of aircraft are represented by the Praetor 600 super-mid-size executive jet, the new E195-E2 commercial jet family, the multi-mission airlift and inflight refuelling KC-390 and the A-29 Super Tucano, a light attack and training aircraft.
In the 300m² (3,229ft²) pavilion, visitors can see highlights of the company’s five decades. A video presents the Brazilian company’s most striking moments in the form of a timeline, displayed on a 14m (46ft)-wide LED panel.
