An enhanced version of the Cessna Turbo Stationair T206H single-engine piston aircraft has been debuted by Cessna Aircraft Company. The Cessna Turbo Stationair HD is now available to customers and features a gross weight increase of 189 lb, giving the aircraft a maximum useful load of 1,470 lb in its standard configuration with six seats, or 1,623 lb in a rugged utility configuration.
“Already considered the heavy-hauler in its class, operators using the aircraft for hauling families, freight, special-mission equipment or simply more fuel can now all benefit from increased payload and range,” said Doug May, vice president, piston aircraft.
The Cessna Turbo Stationair HD on static display at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2016 (held in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, on July 25-31, 2016) features a flat floor, stowable seats and a cargo pod.
