The Cessna Citation M2 business jet has received certification to operate at airports with an elevation up to 14,000ft. “This allows customers operating out of high-elevation airports, like many found throughout Latin America, to do more with their aircraft,” said Chris Hearne, vice president, jets.
Within Latin America, the Citation M2 can now operate non-stop from La Paz in Bolivia to cities including Quito in Ecuador, Sao Paulo in Brazil and Buenos Aires in Argentina.
The Citation M2 light jet seats seven. More than 70 of the aircraft have been delivered since it entered the market in December 2013.
