Aero-Dienst will expand its maintenance services at Vienna Airport, Austria, from the end of June, when it will begin offering line maintenance for Embraer Phenom 300 business jets.
Established in 2006, the maintenance line station will be able to perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work under its Part 145 approval up to 2400FH and 48M inspections, and it will be able to work on components, batteries and wheels. In addition, the range of services will also include 24/7 AOG service.
“With the maintenance approval certificate issued at the end of June, we expect a rapid increase in orders for maintenance services on the Phenom 300,” said Christian Weigl, Aero-Dienst Vienna’s station manager.
Vienna Airport is a popular destination for business jet operators and owners of this light jet.
“We will have bulked up our expert team of Phenom 300 specialists to a total of three technicians with CAT B1/2 type approval by the end of the year,” added Weigl.
“Adding the Phenom 300 to our portfolio represents another step in Aero-Dienst’s growth strategy that we announced years ago,” said Florian Heinzelmann, head of maintenance at Aero-Dienst. “This also includes the March 2024 hangar expansion at our Vienna station, as well as adding to and training our experienced and motivated local team. This is what enables us to maintain a new aircraft type to our customers’ fullest satisfaction.”
