Completion management specialist AP Completion Services is celebrating its 11th Global 7500 delivery. The company has been involved in more than 170 business aircraft projects since its inception and estimates that it has managed the completion of 40% of the in-service Global 7500 fleet, including four aircraft delivered in the past three months.
To facilitate communications with its largely international client base, the company has developed and deployed an online portal for real-time information exchange. All data related to each completion is centralised and accessible to the client at any time, on any platform. Clients access their information via the My Aircraft link on the AP Completion Services website, and they also receive a notification when information is updated. Photos, video walk-throughs, specifications and all project documents are stored together, and clients receive regular briefings about the status of their project.
“We have been working on the customer service portal for quite some time,” said Andrew Broccoli, principal at AP Completion Services. “We created a safe, efficient way to exchange information in a timely way with clients. The portal helps us keep them informed, and it helps us fulfil our commitment to deliver not only aircraft, but the best possible experience. It makes clients feel as if they are right there in the factory with us.”
The company uses the portal to share live updates on the progress of an aircraft and to provide visibility on how the project is going. The portal was deliberately designed to be simple and user-friendly. AP Completion Services staff are notified when a client interacts with the portal and then can provide real-time answers and support.
Broccoli pointed out that every AP Completion Services client who has purchased a Global 7500 has also hired the company to manage their completion. “Caring for clients’ aircraft is in our DNA, and the investment in our new portal shows our commitment to our customers,” added Broccoli. “We offer a boutique, highly attentive and personalised level of service. The portal helps us deliver on our promise of excellence. The Global 7500 is a beautiful aircraft and we’re humbled and blessed to be working on it.”
