The UK CAA and EASA have approved the expansion of Signature TechnicAir’s service offerings for Embraer 135/145/Legacy and Phenom 300 (EMB-505) series aircraft.
Signature TechnicAir is the aircraft maintenance division of Signature Aviation. This extension to its existing base maintenance capability on the Embraer 135/145/Legacy now allows TechnicAir to offer small- to medium-size base maintenance inputs and out-of-phase items up to and including LU/HU 24 inspections, 2000 FH, and 1000FC at its maintenance facility in Bournemouth, UK.
Signature TechnicAir can also offer LU6/HU6 inspections and out-of-phase items at its line stations in Farnborough and Luton, UK.
In addition to the Embraer 135/145/Legacy service expansion, Signature TechnicAir has added the EMB-505 to its line maintenance approvals. This enables Phenom 300 customers to request line maintenance and AOG support at all airports in the UK through its fleet of mobile maintenance vehicles.
“We have listened to our Embraer customers who wanted access to the UK’s largest network of line stations and mobile service teams,” said Scott Corbett, operations director for Signature TechnicAir. “We are pleased we can now deliver this level of support at any moment across the UK.”
