Boeing Business Jets has designated Comlux America as an authorized warranty repair facility and service center. The contract allows Comlux America to perform warranty work on BBJs on behalf of Boeing Business Jets. Additionally, Comlux America will provide other MRO services as required.
Since its creation in 2008, Comlux America has installed interiors on five BBJs, including one BBJ 3. It is currently expanding its 129,000ft² facility to a wide-body hangar able to accommodate VIP aircraft up to the size of a BBJ 747.
“With the addition of Comlux America as an authorized center, we can offer our customers yet another option for specialized BBJ service,” said David Longridge, president, Boeing Business Jets. “With experience both inside and outside the cabin, Comlux provides BBJ operators with another choice for their maintenance needs. We’ve worked successfully with the Comlux team and are pleased to further extend our service network with them.”
