Working with suppliers Zodiac Aerospace Business Aircraft Interiors and Farnborough Aircraft Interiors (FAI), TAG Aviation’s Farnborough Maintenance Services (TFMS) is expanding its interior capabilities.
For example, the company is now offering Zodiac’s “smart” woodwork repairs. These can be undertaken anywhere, at short notice, with minimal equipment, and therefore offer a short turnaround. TFMS says these repairs are much less expensive than full panel re-sprays.
Meanwhile, soft goods services provided in partnership with FAI include the deep cleaning of seats. TFMS’s on-site cleaning and detailing services are conducted at, or around, Farnborough Airport in the UK.
“TFMS is proud to offer our customers these additional services (soft goods and woodwork) and we are also working on introducing additional on-site repair schemes to further advance our capacity” said Cyrille Pillet, vice president of maintenance operations, TAG Aviation Europe.
