Air Capital Interiors received FAA approval for Bombardier Challenger and Embraer Phenom aircraft to be covered under its repair station certificate, covering the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of interior panels, cabinets, seats, floor coverings and other interior-related components.
In addition to the newly added Challenger 300 and 600 series and Phenom 100 and 300 types, Air Capital Interiors’ repair station capabilities list includes a majority of Citation, King Air, Hawker and Falcon aircraft as well as Learjet models 40, 45, 70 and 75.
“The addition of the Bombardier and Embraer aircraft to our capabilities list was a great way to celebrate the first anniversary of receiving our repair station certificate,” said Rodney Wilson, president at Air Capital Interiors. “It is very rewarding to see that the talent and dedication of our team and the great relationships we have with our current customers, our suppliers, and with the FAA, allow us to expand our ability to be of service to a broader customer base.”
In just under three years of operation, Air Capital Interiors of Wichita, Kansas, has performed a variety of aircraft interior repairs – ranging from simple component refinishing to complete interior refurbishment/replacement – on nearly 50 aircraft models.
