Following an expansion, Constant Aviation now has nearly 100,000ft² (9,290m²) of space at its site in Sanford, Florida. The company acquired the facility 18 months ago, from StarPort, and has invested in upgrades to capacity and technology.
“We have experienced tremendous growth in the short time Constant Aviation has integrated this facility into our network,” said Kevin Dillon, regional vice president at Constant Aviation.
“We have been bursting at the seams with aircraft and this additional hangar space gives us the ability to serve even more customers in the region.”
The plan is for small- and mid-cabin work to be moved to the new hangar, so the existing one will focus on larger cabin work. The new hangar will also support paint surfaces, as it offers extra prep and detail space.
“We have been diligent in enhancing and expanding the capabilities offered in our Florida facility,” said Stephen Maiden, president and CEO at Constant Aviation.
“The breadth and depth of the services available now has attracted customers throughout the region that value a one-stop MRO solution for their aircraft maintenance needs.”
