Scott Debrie has been promoted to senior team lead for interiors at West Star Aviation’s site in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Debrie will be responsible for scheduling, quoting and overseeing all production in the interior shop on-site. Having previously worked for Pfizer in Lincoln, Nebraska, Debrie joined West Star in 2002 as an interior installer.
“Scott is a true asset to the team and brings a tremendous wealth of expertise to the interiors programme,” said Dave Krogman, general manager at the Grand Junction facility. “Scott has been a leader in the interior programme for many years, and we’re excited for this growth opportunity for him.”
“I am looking forward to continuing to lead the growth of the interior programme, expanding my knowledge and resources to provide the best delivery to our customers,” said Debrie.
West Star Aviation specialises in the repair and maintenance of airframes, engines and APUs, avionics installations and repair, major modifications, interior refurbishment, exterior paint, accessory services and parts.
As well as the Grand Junction site it has three other primary facilities, in East Alton, Illinois; Chattanooga, Tennessee; and Perryville, Missouri. The company also has satellite facilities in Aspen and Denver, Colorado; Chicago, Illinois; Houston, Texas; and Minneapolis, Minnesota; and provides FBO services for transient aircraft in East Alton and Grand Junction.
