Greenpoint Technologies has moved its headquarters to Parklands North Creek in Bothell, Washington – around 10 miles north of its previous facility in Kirkland. The office is designed to be an open and collaborative space.
The company says its new site features adaptable workspaces with advanced technology to enhance productivity and internal communication. The 36,000ft² (3,344.5m²) facility houses the company’s design, engineering, programme management, operations, certification and sales departments. A key feature is the design centre, which has a library of material and surface selections, a design development gallery, portfolio wall and interactive space for client presentations.
“Greenpoint’s new flexible, open office space is specifically designed to enhance cross-department collaboration and innovation, ultimately leading to improved service for our customers through reduced programme risk and schedule,” said Bret Neely, executive vice president at Greenpoint.
