ATG connectivity provider SmartSky Networks has teamed up with Neo NextGen to develop bespoke digital solutions powered by the SmartSky Skytelligence digital platform.
The companies aim to bring advanced technologies and data to an ecosystem of trusted partners including global aircraft components specialist AJW Technique (AJWT).
The collaboration with Neo NextGen and AJWT applies digital solutions with the aim of streamlining MRO operations. SmartSky’s Skytelligence platform and APIs enable access to data that the companies said helps Neo NextGen accelerate its mission of improving workflows and creating new efficiencies for MROs.
“SmartSky’s technology enables us to transform the way that we access and visualise data,” said Monica Badra, co-founder and CEO, Neo NextGen. “By working together, we can harness our combined resources and expertise to design a digital workflow that optimises AJWT’s processes, creating operational efficiencies and unlocking incremental profitability for the component repair business.”
“We are proud to support Neo NextGen in their vision to transform aviation’s workflow through digital services and to demonstrate yet another way that SmartSky’s technologies are connecting the aviation industry,” said Brit Wanick, vice president of marketing and partnerships, SmartSky Networks. “For us, connectivity in aviation is about much more than just the back of the aircraft, and we remain committed to connecting the entire aviation ecosystem by delivering dependable, responsive and secure access to real-time data from maintenance and performance information to situational awareness.”
