Pentastar Aviation has installed Honeywell’s JetWave satellite communications hardware on a Gulfstream G550. The installation was done concurrently with the Gogo Avance L5 system, the first aftermarket installation of both systems on this airframe.

Honeywell’s JetWave satellite communications terminals provide in-flight Ka-band global broadband service. Operating on the Inmarsat Global Express network, the JetWave system is designed to provide seamless, broadband-class data connectivity around the world.
