Bell Helicopter has renamed and rebranded its wholly owned subsidiary Edwards Rotorcraft Solutions to strengthen the Bell Helicopter brand in the Americas. The newly named Bell Helicopter Miami is an MRO located in the south of Florida. It was established in June 2007 to provide rotorcraft service, support and complete helicopter refurbishments for federal, state, parapublic, helicopter emergency medical services, oil and gas, off-shore, and private and corporate customers.
This company-owned customer service facility is an FAA-approved repair station for all Bell Helicopter aircraft as well as other OEM models. It also serves as a gateway to Central and South American customers, many of whom have on-site scheduled and unscheduled maintenance performed at this facility.
