Ruag Aviation has signed a teaming agreement with Chilean aerospace firm Empresa Nacional de Aeronáutica de Chile (ENAER).
The companies share many business and operational areas, including aircraft MRO, upgrades and life-cycle support. This teaming agreement is the culmination of many years of collaboration between Ruag and ENAER and aims to allow the firms to share capabilities and broaden their customer bases.
Ruag Aviation’s international presence spans four continents, while ENAER is focused mainly on the Chilean and Latin American markets. The agreement mainly covers MRO and MRO-related services for civil and military aviation customers, particularly the Chilean Air Force. The focus is on identifying, developing and leveraging synergies and on creating a long-term and sustainable partnership.
