Jeremy Remacha, senior vice president of Mubadala Development Company, the shareholder of SR Technics, has been appointed as SR Technics’ interim CEO, taking over from Andre Wall, who has decided to take a new opportunity in the aviation industry.
Remacha and Wall have worked side-by-side for more than six years. Remacha has played an active role in supporting the company and its board of directors as asset manager. Wall will remain available to ensure a smooth transition.
“We recognize Andre’s contributions to SR Technics, most recently building a great team and positioning the company for the future,” said Grant Skinner, chairman of SR Technics. “Jeremy’s proven track record and management capabilities will further the company’s objectives to further develop SR Technics’ business while building on the quality of service to clients.”
Alongside his asset management role within Mubadala, Remacha also handled various merger and acquisition transactions and business development for the overall aerospace portfolio. Before joining Mubadala, Remacha held a CEO level position in the MRO sector in Australasia. He has postgraduate qualifications in aerospace, engineering and management, and regulatory experience.
