Trevor Mashburn has been brought on as the new chief operating officer for King Aerospace Commercial Corporation (KACC) at its facility in Addison, Texas, USA, while James ‘Jim’ Moore is the company’s new general manager at its facility in Ardmore, Oklahoma, USA.
KACC provides paint, interior refurbishment, maintenance and avionics services. In 2015, the company was added to Boeing Business Jets’ directory for paint, and was awarded several VVIP paint contracts for Boeing’s Executive Transport Services and Support group. The company kicked off 2016 with the completion of its first paint project for a Gulfstream G550.
“I am excited to start a new challenge within KACC, and look forward to working with the team to further develop its already extensive product and service suite,” said Mashburn. He will also oversee KAI, which provides government and military services.
Mashburn previously held the post of chief financial officer at fractional jet specialist Flexjet, and was with the organization from April 2006. He led the financial department, overseeing everything from accounting to budgeting and forecasting.
Moore comes from a different side of the business, having managed teams for 24/7 unscheduled maintenance events around the world. Moore spent over 20 years at Cessna Aircraft Company, working as a maintenance manager and in quality assurance. He then spent two years at Bombardier Learjet, serving as a customer response team operations manager.
