West Star Aviation has acquired Avant Aerospace, of Grapevine, Texas, a company that supplies spares, equipment and tooling for the Dassault Falcon 2000, 900 and 50 series aircraft. The Avant brand will be retained, with the company supplying parts and services for West Star customers and Falcon operators around the world.
“There is a synergy between our two companies and this acquisition will continue to expand the scope of our Falcon capabilities,” said Bob Rasberry, CEO at West Star Aviation. “We will be able to provide new dimensions of service to our Falcon customers.”
