Brüel & Kjær Sound & Vibration Measurement acquired on July 1, 2016, its long-term partner, Sound & Vibration Technology, which is located at the Millbrook Proving Ground in Bedford, UK, and which has a dedicated team of professionally qualified sound and vibration engineers, experienced in delivering engineering services for automotive and aerospace customers.
The staff will continue to be based at Millbrook Proving Ground where facilities include numerous test tracks, secure vehicle workshops and a semi-anechoic test chamber. The acquisition includes all of Sound & Vibration Technology’s assets, so the team is immediately equipped to support a diverse range of data acquisition, analysis and noise vibration harshness (NVH) full vehicle simulation projects.
