December 5, 2016 – OEM loudspeaker manufacturer, Misco has announced that it has completed its acquisition of the Oaktron speaker division of Mitek. As a result, Oaktron will relocate from its Monroe, Wisconsin location to Minneapolis and will operate as a wholly owned division of Misco.

Following our acquisition of Warkwyn Acoustical Labs, this deal further advances our strategy of investing in US loudspeaker and audio system design, manufacturing and testing technologies.”
