Innovative Advantage (IA) – which manufactures the AVDS audio, video and data distribution system for business aviation – has expanded its Customer Solutions team with the addition of Nestor Fenoy as director of customer solutions and Katie Morris as customer solutions lead.
Fenoy brings over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry with a focus on avionics, flight controls and CMS. Prior to IA, Fenoy was the senior engineer manager in the Cabin Systems department at Collins Aerospace. He holds a BS in aerospace engineering and an MS in aviation human factors. As director of customer solutions, Fenoy will oversee the development and implementation of tailored solutions designed to drive efficiency and success for customers.

Meanwhile Morris, joining as the team’s customer solutions lead, will play a pivotal role in optimising customer relationships, troubleshooting and support. With a strong record as a senior embedded software engineer at IA, Morris brings to the team her solid foundation in maths and science, hands-on learning and labs, and engineering programmes focused on design thinking and problem solving.
