F/List Canada has achieved Transport Canada certification as a repair station for aircraft interior components. The company is approved pursuant to CAR 573.02 for the maintenance of aeronautical products, and holds ratings for aircraft seats, cabin furnishings, galley components and lavatory equipment.
Based in Montreal, F/List Canada provides wood veneers, aircraft aftermarket services and autonomous production capabilities for business and private jet cabin interiors, for customers across North America.
The production facility and veneer competence centre has offered full component production, refurbishment and other aftermarket services, showroom management and liaison engineering since 2017.
The production facility has a fully equipped paint shop and veneer processing technology, and is staffed by 60 people. The AMO certificate represents a milestone in the growth of its aftermarket aircraft division.
“I am pleased that we have achieved this important certification as an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO),” said F/List Canada’s CEO, Sean Johnson. “As F/List Canada continues to grow and add to our capabilities in aviation, we can now offer full aftermarket refurbishment services for cabin furnishings, seats and galley and lavatory equipment.”
“F/List already has a strong reputation worldwide for quality, versatility and trust in the aviation aftermarket, and F/List Canada is poised to take on more projects for our discerning customers in the region,” Johnson continued. “We’ve already had strong interest from customers in using our expertise for complex refurbishment projects, and this certification will only make it easier for us to meet their expectations for quality and schedule.”
F/List Canada is a subsidiary of F/List, an Austrian family-run business that manufactures interiors for business and private jets, as well as for yachts and luxury residences. F/List engages more than 900 employees at eight locations in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.
