West Star now has NO-Program Notification Letter (PNL) privileges for FMS, CVR, FANS, Iridium DLU and Conquest RVSM projects, under its Organization Designation Authorization (ODA).
This authorization allows projects to be completed without submittal of a PNL, at all four of the company’s main locations. It enables West Star to issue, amend or reissue STCs without submittal of a PNL on the above certification projects.
“This is a very beneficial addition to our ODA delegation,” said Jeff Maszkiewicz, ODA lead administrator at West Star Aviation.
