The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has revealed a refreshed and revitalised floorplan layout for its 2025 European Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (EBACE25), designed to deliver maximum value for the industry.
Featuring a new, centrally located registration zone, three conference theatres, and five networking lounges, the reimagined show floor is designed to be easy to navigate and to maximise footfall to exhibitor booths.
“As EBACE is by the industry and for the industry, our vision is to have a show floor that is more inclusive, ensuring visibility for our exhibitors, whilst being easy to navigate for visitors. This is a design that delivers,” said Robert Baltus, chief operating officer at EBAA.
“A highly demanded request for EBACE has been to have more dedicated networking spaces,” Baltus continued. “We’ve listened and one big change for this year is the introduction of five networking lounges, which offer unparalleled opportunities to connect and meet. Whether it’s to catch up with industry colleagues, have a meeting, or make that first introduction, the lounges provide convenience and the confidence to do business. We’re also increasing our catering zones for coffee and lunch meetings and installing small, free-to-use pods for groups of two and four who want a more private setting.”
“Change will be visible from the very first step you take into Palexpo this year,” he added. “EBAA is looking forward to welcoming you to an EBACE unlike any other in May.”
The floorplan will continue to be updated as more exhibitor locations are placed. For updates and to buy tickets visit ebace.aero.
The event will be held in Geneva, Switzerland, on 20-22 May 2025.
EBAA added that as a not-for-profit organisation, all proceeds of EBACE are invested in the organisation’s ongoing work to promote and protect business aviation’s interests in Brussels and across Europe.
