With one month to go until the reimagined European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) opens its doors in Geneva, Switzerland, the organiser (the EBAA) has announced a new EBACE Welcome Celebration evening.
The EBACE Welcome Celebration evening is designed to reconnect the business aviation community, with drinks, light bites and meaningful conversation, set to the sounds of a local Swiss DJ. The gathering will take place in the Central Networking Lounge at Palexpo on Tuesday 20 May at 5:00-6:30pm, and is intended to set the tone for a new chapter in the show’s evolution.
“2025 marks a turning point for EBACE,” said Robert Baltus, chief operating officer at the EBAA. “We’re raising the bar on both content and experience, rather than repeating what’s been done for the past 20 years. For the first time in the event’s history, our newly introduced Welcome Celebration will allow attendees to ease into the energy of the show and celebrate what brings us together.”
“We’re investing in quality over quantity, setting the stage for a stronger return in 2026,” Baltus continued. “Planning a show of this scale takes time and we have a long-term vision for EBACE. Europe needs one central business aviation event where the whole industry gathers, driven by collaboration, innovation and community. We’re excited about what’s ahead and proud to bring that vision to life.”
“With a show floor featuring leading exhibitors including Lufthansa Technik, 4AIR, Falcon, Leonardo and Rolls-Royce, plus new networking pods conveniently located by coffee and lunch stations, every detail is designed to enhance business connections,” he added.
To support attendees with logistics, the EBAA’s housing partner HMI offers tailored group accommodation, exclusive hotel rates and access to Geneva’s top event venues for client meetings and receptions.
