Aero Star Aviation is continuing its growth at Dallas Love Field (DAL) by securing an additional 30,000ft² of hangar space and 22,000ft² of office/shop space via a long-term lease agreement.
The additional space will increase the current facility footprint to more than 82,000ft² of usable hangar space and 48,000ft² of shop/office space.
The additional hangar and shop space is currently being refurbished and modernised and will be in operation in the first quarter of 2025.
Along with its recent facility expansion, Aero Star Aviation has increased its labour force by 20% since the beginning of 2024.

Aero Star Aviation is an approved FAA repair facility and aircraft maintenance company that specialises in Embraer Phenom 100 and 300 and Praetor 500 and 600 aircraft.
