A connectivity plan that includes 12 months of text and email service plus 500 minutes of voice service for customers with an existing Iridium satellite telephone has been launched by BizjetMobile. The package is available to approved North American applicants for US$4,990.
“This latest CHiiMP Smart offer makes it easier than ever for existing Iridium customers to get connected,” said Adam Chapman, global marketing director at BizjetMobile.
“As global messaging proliferates on the ground, we believe customers are just as entitled to affordable communications in the air.”
The CHiiMP Smart system uses Bluetooth Smart technology to deliver app-based messaging and email to up to 10 Apple and Android users simultaneously.
