Gogo Business Aviation’s 4G air-to-ground (ATG) internet system, Gogo Avance L5, will soon be available on Bombardier Challenger jets. It will be available – from 2017 – for line-fit on new jets, and retrofit through Bombardier service centers and Duncan Aviation.
The system was designed for business aviation, and enables passengers to stream audio and video, surf the web, and access VPN and emails with attachments, over continental USA and parts of Canada and Alaska. It will make use of the Gogo Biz 4G ground network of more than 250 towers.
