Flight Display Systems (FDS) – which specializes in CMS, IFE and special-mission video solutions – has appointed new quality assurance manager and a new chief financial officer.
Alison Dominguez will fill the newly created position of quality assurance manager. She will head FDS’s quality department, and will be responsible for supporting internal and external product and process quality, internal auditing, internal continuous improvement, interaction with customers and vendors, and compliance with customer programs. She will lead FDS’s efforts to work closely with partners to consistently achieve outstanding business and mission results.
Dominguez brings more than 25 years of aerospace industry experience, specializing in FAA/EASA regulatory compliance, voice of customer programs, quality system implementation and management, business development and export compliance. Throughout her career, Dominguez has served in many capacities, including director of quality for international aerospace companies, as well as export compliance officer, safety director, lean processing manager, FAA 145 repairman and repair station chief inspector.

Dominguez will spearhead FDS’s commitment to customer service excellence. This includes ongoing efforts internally to implement process improvement and quality control measures for more consistent, higher quality product and service delivery.
Shango Oseitutu is the company’s new chief financial officer. He brings more than 20 years of experience as a financial strategist, analyst and leader. The company says his core strengths combine corporate finance accounting, operational management and finance IT systems.
Before joining FDS, Oseitutu was senior vice president of finance at FiberLight, and before that he contributed at AutoTrader.com in several roles. “Shango’s impressive background in finance makes him a great fit for his new role at FDS,” said Macdonald. “We welcome him to our team and look forward to his contributions in the financial management of our growth through our VIP aviation partner networks and special-mission business.”
