Pentastar Aviation is developing Gogo Avance L5 (4G) STCs for Gulfstream G450 and G550 types. Connecting to the Gogo Biz 4G network, the system provides 4G connectivity on the aircraft, enabling faster web browsing, audio and video streaming and email with large attachments.
Gogo’s 4G service uses an air-to-ground network that includes more than 250 towers, fiber backhaul and technology, while the technology on board includes dual-band 802.11ac wi-fi.
