Duncan Aviation has welcomed Colin Kay to its design team at the company’s full-service facility in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Kay is originally from Rockville, Maryland, and graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree in industrial design. Kay has worked for several different automotive performance shops, designing aftermarket performance parts for a variety of vehicles before coming to Duncan Aviation.
“Duncan Aviation has such a renowned reputation in the industry, and I’ve seen first-hand how well they treat their team members,” said Kay. “I was also very intrigued by the work they perform. I’m excited to begin designing these magnificent aircraft.”
Duncan Aviation sales manager Alan Monk said that Kay brings a fresh perspective and a lot of energy to the team. “Colin is a passionate designer who seamlessly blends creativity with technical skills,” Monk said. “His focus is on contributing to the future of flight with designs aimed at delivering an enjoyable customer experience. He has a great eye for design. I welcome him to the team and I know he is looking forward to providing customers with the top-notch Duncan Aviation experience he has heard so much about.”
