Adhetec, which provides self-adhesive solutions for the transportation industry, has announced its acquisition of Perrone Performance Leathers & Textiles (Perrone), a supplier of soft goods for transportation interiors.
Adhetec delivers self-adhesive products – for both interior and exterior applications – to its clients in the transportation sector, with a focus on customisation and customer service. Perrone supplies soft goods to clients in the automotive, aviation, rail and marine sectors. The integration of Perrone’s capabilities will enable Adhetec to provide a more comprehensive and holistic approach to transportation interior solutions, driving innovation and synergies.
